About

Charlotte Dennis is an illustrator, writer, and artist in Baltimore. She was born in Austin, where she grew up drawing and making things, and imagining stories with her big family.

Charlotte received her BFA in Studio Art and BA in Feminist Studies from Southwestern University. She has worked in childcare for a over a decade, and has taught children’s art classes at studios in Austin and in Sydney, Australia. She uses watercolor, gouache, collage, ink, colored pencil, and acrylics to draw and paint her illustrations.
